The beginning and the end

Stick a fork in me, I'm done! Residency, check. Next on the list, fellowship.
The car is packed. The house is clean (and leased - woohoo!). The last patient has been seen and the last note written. Nothing left to do but turn in my pager, drug my dog, and hit the road.
Tomorrow can't come soon enough.
